Founder Richard (Dick) Baummer quickly develops a comprehensive understanding of project goals and cost effectively integrates the design process into the permitting schedule. His dual experience in Civil Engineering Consulting and Owner Development Management makes him especially adept at recognizing opportunities to create added value during the due diligence and planning phase services. He is knowledgeable, accountable, and dependable, and is well respected for anticipating and managing construct-ability issues, even during early planning stages.

Mr. Baummer has succeeded in a variety of real estate development roles:

​

• Vice President of Acquisitions and Entitlements for Harbor Retirement Associates of Vero Beach, Florida. Mr. Baummer acquired sites, completed due diligence and secured approvals for Assisted Living/Memory Care communities in Delaware, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois and Michigan.

• Director of Civil Engineering for the Lowell MA office of Nobis Engineering.

• Director of Development and Director of Civil Engineering for Erickson Retirement Communities (now Erickson Living), contributing significant expertise and value to large scale senior housing communities from Virginia to Maine to Kansas.
